Booking Policy

By renting from Jump for Joy LLC, you agree to the following: 1. Payments • Deposit required during online reservation process. • Balance due 14 days before delivery. • 4% fee applies to credit card payments. • No refunds once equipment is delivered, including weather-related cancellations. • Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit, except for weather or emergencies. 2. Delivery & Pick-Up • We deliver to the address on your invoice; equipment must remain there unless approved in writing. • You must provide access for set-up and removal. • Late pick-up fees apply if items are not ready when scheduled. • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events. 3. Customer Responsibilities • You are responsible for safe use and supervision of equipment. • Adult supervision is required at all times with inflatables. • Keep equipment away from food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, pools, and silly string. • Provide adequate power for inflatables and concession machines. • Turn off sprinklers during the rental period. 4. Equipment Care • Equipment is provided clean and must be returned clean and dry. • Cleaning fees apply if items are returned dirty, wet, or with debris. • You are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including holes, stains, or misuse. • Blowers, sirens, and concession machines must be stored indoors overnight. 5. Safety Rules for Inflatables • Follow posted instructions and never move units after set-up. • No inflatables may be used in winds above 20 mph. • Children under 3, pregnant women, or anyone with injuries should not use inflatables. • Inflatables must remain secured at all times with stakes or weight bags. 6. Equipment Malfunctions • Stop use immediately if equipment fails. • Troubleshoot per instructions; if unresolved, contact Jump for Joy LLC. 7. Liability • You assume all risk of injury or damage during use. • Jump for Joy LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage. • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jump for Joy LLC for claims arising from rental use. 8. Legal • Jump for Joy LLC is headquartered in Lincoln County, Nebraska. • This agreement is governed by Nebraska law. Any legal action must be filed in Lincoln County, NE. • Prevailing party in disputes is entitled to attorney’s fees. • If any term is unenforceable, remaining terms still apply. By reserving equipment, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
